I''ve been out of work since Jan 16th with a broken ankle. I broke my ankle on a make shift plywood ramp that had been in place for a couple of years.

When I stepped on it, I didn''t notice that the support struts under had been removed and the plywood had a crack which flexed and i went to the ground. Since then I''ve had a plate and screws put in to stabilize the shattered bone (unlike the ramp) and I''ve been told I may not be able to ride my Harley or bowl again, along with several other restrictions. I wasn''t too upset until I heard this . Should I get a W.C. attorney? A personal injury lawyer? I''ve taken pictures of the ramp.
