Out of State Accidents and Illinois Workers Compensation Benefits

What does an over the road truck driver who resides in Texas and gets injured in Arkansas have in common with a machinery installer who resides in Indiana and gets injured in Missouri?

Answer:  Illinois Workers Compensation benefits, so long as they work for an Illinois Company, or, were hired in Illinois.
