Gov. Rick Scott reappointed seven workers' compensation
judges recently stating that, "The proper administration of our worker's
compensation system depends upon judges who apply the law as written and who
approach each case with impartiality and diligence. These seven judges have

required to report the injury to their insurance company and send you to a medical provider. Technically, this is the

story short, the state of Florida has laws that control who you, as an injured

their doctor, other clients feel as though no matter what they say their doctor
is not interested in their complaints and still other clients feel their
doctors are just plain rude.
Though these are all valid reasons to not want to return to a doctor, Florida's
